Equipment Overview
PCT high pressure accelerated cooking aging test chamber is designed to improve environmental stress (such as temperature) and working stress (applied to the product voltage, load, etc.), so as to speed up the test process and shorten the life and test time of products or systems. It is used to investigate and analyze when to appear the problem of wear and service life of electronic components and mechanical parts, what the shape of failure distribution function is, and how to analyze the cause of failure rate rising.

Main Features
The inner liner is designed by circular arc and combined with the national safety container standard. It can prevent the dew drop from testing and avoid the direct impact of the superheated steam during the test.
It is equipped with double - layer stainless steel product frame, and it can also be tailored free of charge according to the specifications of customer's product.
The standard is equipped with 8 test sample signals to apply terminals and can also increase the number of terminals as required.
The special sample rack is free from the complicated wiring operation.
Safety protection device for high pressure accelerated aging test machine:
Misoperation safety device: high pressure accelerated aging test machine can not start if the door is not closed.
Overpressure safety protection: when the pressure in the pot exceeds the maximum working value automatic exhaust pressure relief.
Overtemperature protection: when the temperature is too high, the machine calls the alarm and automatically cuts off the heating power.
Protection against scald: the special material can prevent the operator from touching the scald.
Manual safety protection is pressed and pressed.
Packaging and Delivery
1. Aluminium box and carton box, careful and tight package, make sure the package is intact.
2. The package will be shipped by DHL/Fedex/TNT/EMS/UPS/China post/EF-Express/Special line, as you have chose in the order.
3. The shipping time is different, it depends on the distance bewteen us. At usual, exclude the preparing time, the goods would be sent to you in 10days
